Well, Saurii took this lizz-off. Totally silly match in which all kinds of trickery and gimmicks were used. In the middle of 2nd overtime, score 3-3, well placed banana peel tripped AG4 skink when he was dodging (snake eyes). At that point Parrigan had some kinda disagreement with his comp about rolling dub 1s in critical moments. DC.
Parrigan was a gent to give the win to my guys, who were admittedly in good position when match DCed.
GG Parrigan. A tense match, as our previous encounters have always been as well.

Yep, this one was tense, lasted 22 turns and 3 hours before I took out my frustrations on my poor computer, which has not recovered, and may never do so (I'm on my backup computer now). The dead computer definitely puts the loss in perspective, though. With this latest disappointment, the Banana Warriors are going on vacation for at least one season. Iron will have to soldier on without them, and no one need worry about them invading Immortal for a good long time.
Now I'm going away and not thinking about this damn game for at least a few hours.
GG Jounisii. Sorry it ended the way it did.

Now that a couple hours have passed and I am (mostly) over the death of my other computer, I must say this match was a classic. Lots of ups and downs on both sides, plenty of scoring, plenty of skinky dodges and bloody hits, but no serious injuries. After that drama, I'm pulling for Jounisii and the Sour Saurii to take the crown. Lizzie power! The match was worth watching - you even get to see the moment I killed my computer... What a maroon. Fortunately, I have a backup, and I just got BBM installed on it. The Warriors are still taking a vacation, though. That was planned no matter how their playoff run turned out. Good luck to the remaining 6.

3-1 to Hirum.... My Yheti had an utter mare, was a complete turnover magnet and had pillows over his Claws when he wasn't rolling double Skulls, or Double Both Downs..... Hirum played to his usual high standard and it left me relying on lots of 1D blocks.... which generally did not run in my favour. It was an interesting game though, and barring a few key moments, centered around the Yheti fails it could well have gone into OT. GG mate, GL for the Semis
