Well it seems I thought it was top 2 only for final seems i was wrong, I must have made a mistake, but my mistake is all of our gain as we get to see four teams fight it out, so I bring you the semi finals
Hudd - White- Handz vs Jounisii- Sour Saurii
Both teams are at full strength, both at one point in this season looked to be the team the firebirds would face in the finals. And unless the Glaives stop the firebirds we will see just that. The Handz Ugrsh has been quiet of late but it only showed that they didnt rely on just him, the handz are a team, a well oiled green machine and at first glance it hard to think they wont win this, until you look closer. Hudd lose only 1 game all season but it was to the Sour Saurii, and more to the point Hudd has not beaten them at all this season with the other game being a draw, will this game be remembered as Hudds Hurdle? The Saurii like the handz are in immortal for the first time, superstar skink Intense Iguana became the only player to score 10 touch towns in the regular season and another record I am sure will stand for a very long time is his rush yards with 592 no one in the league came close. 408 yars was next by Hudds star orc thrower Gluva. Expect this to be an all out run game and he first team to throw if at all will be the team that is starting to panic, it will be tough and it will be brutal.
Prediction: 2-1 to the Saurii
Player to watch: Intense Iguana and Ugrsh are rumored to be tied for this seasons MVP and though anything from this game wont count to their chance they will both want to leave the Judges with a good impression.
Insidious - Grummsh's Glaives vs Goodpass - Falcon Firebirds
Game of the Week: Its the old champs the firebirds taking on the current champs the Glaives, both team know what it takes to make it, they have done it before. This viewed by some my just be the real final, lets face it some semi finals have been better than the final the next week, both team will let it ride and leave nothing left. No point thinking about next week if you dont win now. Two Titan coaches going head to head, strength vs finesse, speed vs power. Coach Goodpass can only field 11 players this week after the Gorland skulls took out two of the Firebirds big stars Blitzer Landerededal and catcher Crommin. The skulls are an orc team and one has to wonder was there a green connection with the glaives or for that matter the handz? It matters not, what matters is it will be an uphill fight for Goodpass, but would he want it any other way? hell yeah. but this is what he has and if he were to win and make the final it would be all the sweeter.
I expect Goodpass to get his guys to score and score fast, to put pressure on Coach insidious, and I think Insidious will try to at least at the start take out as many firebirds as he can and get the player numbers more to his liking, will we see fouls? not sure we will at the start but if his orcs are not clearing the pitch we may. Insidious will have to defend with depth and not panic, lets see how he handles the pressure, we already know Goodpass can he has shown it many times before
Prediction: Glaives win 3-2, Goodpass will maybe even lead 2-0 but as his players go down so will his chances
Player to watch: This time Skud will be playing, and last time he faced them he helped get his team a draw, but will need to go one better this time round
GL all of you, after such a hard tough season you guys are all champions in my book, sadly one one can hold the cup.
