I recently rolled doubles on two longbeards with my Bronze Shield guys. Here is the team I rolled 2 fives on #10 Karkas (6 SPP) and 2 ones on #12 Jortek (10 SPP) I think I can rule out MA or AV as basically useless As you can see I already have two blodge guys, so I'm tempted to take some more and further ruin my opponents day. I only have 5 guards and could always use more of that. Right now I'm thinking dodge on the 10 SPP guy, as he will get to MB/guard sooner. Guard on the other dude. Also worth considering is diving tackle, as Bronze div 3 is crawling with dodgy gits, led by Hudd's WE Any advice?

Dodge on em both for me. Then Guard and then stand firm. They will be a proper pain to deal with. DT on one of those guys will stop line elves dodging away, but won't get you into the same half of the field as Jedore

DT is a double edge sword for those with little legs. You want keep the wee lads as mobile as you can. DT is not the good against AG4+dodge.
Deano is the resident dorf fiddler here, might be worth chatting to him.

I say jump up on at least one. Gives him a better chance to keep up with the fast guys, potentially offers a free block from the ground, and he can be developed into an efficient pomber. Better yet, fire them.
