After 4 seasons Immortal the injuries on players had grown wide and deep, some had three different wounds. So as a coach I thought the time ripe to reform. All injured got fired, as we all know new firebirds get reborn from the ashes. The team had 3 matches in the Phoenix open. Now it has 8 players on the roster and only 80.000 gold pieces. Playing with loners and buying them at the moment they prove themselves by earning spp's or getting the MVP seems the way to go. However to enter Tin, Bronze, Iron or Immortal there are regulations preventing this. I must have 11 players on the roster ( I do not have MNG players), not have cut players to get in a lower tier and am only allowed 3 matches in the Phoenix open. So the team seems to have ended in Oblivion. If this is the purpose of the rules transfering them to another League seems the only way to get them playing again. Did I overlook something or was I obliged to sit it out with a beaten team?

Goodpass, as per the rules: *Teams MUST have at least 11 healthy players to enter any IP league (the ONLY exception to this is if the team does not have enough cash to buy an 11th player at start of season). Read more: iron-phoenix.freeforums.net/thread/1466/team-qualification-rules-ip-leagues#ixzz3cNyGJsJzIf you have spent all available moneys on purchasing players, then you are within the rules. What we're trying to avoid is coaches entering min-maxed teams into our leagues. I will take a look at the Firebirds' roster to ensure this is not the case, which I'm certain it's not.

Eeh, I did fire a lot of my players however, still I stand with the decision to rebuild the team, I did it drastic because spiraling expenses make it hard to do proper replacements while fighting 4 seasons at the highest level. I buy a 9th player. Of course should the value of the team have to include the free loners I get each match. that's 140.000 for 2 loners.
