Gents, So... my Blodge, SS sking got the MVP last match and rolled 4+4. Dubs!!! If it was a regular roll, I'd have chose something like Sprint, surefeet, or DT. But with doubles, it really makes me questions what I want to do... do I give him guard to assist where I need it? Do I go for a 'safer' skill to potentially save on RR's and select Surehands? Are there any other skills out there? Maybe stripball? How about Juggernaut? I'd like to hear your input, please

We've already talked about it, but sure hands for me is always the first skink double, followed by a couple blockers. After that, a kicker or dirty player could be nice to have.
Eventually your big fellas will offer you plenty of guard. I can see a case for strip ball... but there are so many choices I like better. Also I think grab or shadowing could be interesting.

Dauntless. A stunty, MA8 blodgestepper who can 1D a ball carrier just about anywhere he likes...ouch.

I knew I should have killed that little bugger I would definitely opt for sure hands. You can't count on that AG4 skink living forever, or even staying out of the KO box to do your carrying. Or you could go with Thick Skull, I've noticed your lizzies are fond of impromptu napping

I see you went with sure-hands, which is prolly what I would have done too.
Shadowing would also be great on a blodgestepper with mv8, if you were going to get diving tackle on him next.
I would have gone dauntless if he had wrestle rather than block. Maybe if your ag4 skink rolls a double, you could consider turning him into a ballhawk down this route.
There's an argument for getting kick (saurus will usually prioritise other skills) which will let you control the game much better in defence... While very good somewhere on the team, kick doesn't have any synergy so seems a waste on a piece that already has block. I think your surehands choice was spot on.

What a silly choice. Multiblock was the way to go...
