Another one in the books, guys. We're almost there. A few more matches to go and we can move on to Gold No? no one wants to compete at high TV? Well, you better get with the program, you sissy!
Superiority and Zen v Reclaimed Heroes of Old
DocOz3000 v seriously
Coach Doc missed an opportunity to grab a top spot in the league last match. Luck for him, none of his players suffered. Coming into the match with a full squad and a "terrible" skillup choice ahead of him, I still like his chances to advance. Not too much has gone well for the Heroes this season. But it's never too late to start, is it? he's got some nice pieces on that team, maybe all is needed is that ONE match that brings everything together. Is this the ONE?
Bloody Bowlers v Royal Rumble
comfort_eagle v me
Two of the top 3 teams in this one. One one side a vicious squad of angry players, ready to spill blood and crush some skulls. One the other, my poor stinky, aged wrestlers. I hope mean, nasty Comfort takes it easy on me.
The Fabulous Baker Boys v Masked Ones United
ravers v Dragonvisper
These two teams started the season the same way: with aspirations to dominate their opponents and rise to the top of the league. Well, things haven't quite gone that way for one of these teams. Ravers, as has been true to his game, has done well and punished everyone in his way. DV, on the other hand, has been really punished by everyone so far! I mean, have you seen the injuries/deaths inflicted on his team? Good luck in this one, DV. Don't let Nuffle keep you down.
The Bloody Code v Electric Sheep
Manco v knockoff
He may not believe it, but Coach Manco can sill field a potent squad. trouble is in keeping those players on the pitch. He;ll have a tough time doing so when he takes the pitch vs the Sheep. The Sheep may have r into technical difficulties last week and will look to rebound in a big way here. Vaya con Dios, Seno.r Manco
Hidden Agenda v Gorland Skinnys
parrigan v gorbag2
And we finally come to the Match of the Week!
No, it's not a joke, you cads. I'm being real.
After a disastrous MD1, Hidden Agenda has "clawed" their way back to the middle of the pack. They have enough $$ in the bank and enough skills on their remaining players to be just dangerous enough. The Skinnys, on the other hand, have been tough out's all season. They've given almost as much as they've received. I think they'll give the Agenda something to put on their calendar!
That's it for this week, guys. Plan and play your matches by next Wednesday night, 24 December. If needed, since it's the middle of the holidays and all, let me know if we need an extension past Christmas.
