Surprising MD1, if I do say. Every match, save one, was a lopsided victory. Well, good for you that the season still has 6 more matches and the top 4 teams will advance to the playoffs. Plenty of time to catch up.
I Kunt v DG Chaos Cowboys
Manco v dimmy
Strong showing for the Kunts. They were able to muscle their way past some elfy greenskins. Boasting two claw/MB blockers and enough guard to stand up to the other teams, they look to be the front runners. They do have to prove it on the pitch, however. And their opponents can also bash. Sporting just as many claw and one more MB, it looks like this match may come down to who can deal the most damage on the kickoff.
Half Baked Orcs v Gorland Skinnys
waaarghh v gorbag2
Everything looks like it's coming together for the orcs. They have some bash, some brawn, and some serious agility. at first glance, it looks like they will have an easy time against the Skinnys, but you can never count out Gorbag. He surprised everyone with a MD1 upset. I won't be counting him out this week.
Midnight Wrath v Fur Burgermeisters
varensire / almarios v DocOz3000
Next on the list for Midnight wrath? The leaping meisters of Burg. The wolves may not have any block, but as long as there's a RR handy, I wouldn't worry. Besides, with almost 300k in inducements, Coach Varensire can always get another, right? As for Coach Doc, he had a "close" match against the Nergle. He has some expensive positionals, but most of them have some skills that will help them stay alive. MAn, these frogs bloat just like elves, don't they?
Bay City Buccaneers v The Rotrage Festerfiends
Oni Goku v asphyxious
Both teams suffered harsh defeats. Both teams are looking to rebound. This looks to be an even match on paper so it will likely dome down to good ol' coaching. Oh, and a few key rolls decided by Nuffle himself. Should be a good match to watch.
The match day will roll no later than next Wednesday, 15 January.
