at any rate lets see if we can get some number in
Teams in for Season 4
Coach Jester - Night Hawks (human)
The Hawks have worked their way up through the leagues and mad the play off in every one of them but never won the big game, now they are out to prove they can take it all and there is no better league to be champion in than the Immortal Throne. Led by Uther Pendragon, a quaterback that is a real field general, and is also a nice guy off the field with all his charity work for retired blood bowl players, a very humble player, always singing the praises of his team mates.
Player to watch: This is a ream teams team and so we cant single out one player, rather we look to the Shatner brothers, all 4 work as a solid unit and seem to be everywhere on the field at once. In 34 games the 4 have accounted for 6 deaths (they each have at least 1 each ) 33 Injured and 8 touchdowns, though the oldest of the 4 (Hugo) plays with a broken neck it has not slowed him down, he claims it has even helped him focus better and is now better at holding the line.
Jounisii- Sour Saurii (Lizard)
Winners of last seasons Iron Crown, they now try their hand at the big title, this team is a strong finals contender as the seem to make it to most play offs. Led by Grumpy Gharial, a hard hitting saurus on both sides the ball, the team always seems to rally around him and when he is having a great game the team normally wins, it is also rumored he will star in the next cable vision movie "Dragon wars"
Player to watch: #9 Intense Iguana, this sink is the teams runner and in 36 games has 32 touchdowns and a massive 1558 yards rushing, a very hard player to bring down and i expect him to led the league this season in scores
Insidious - Grummsh's Glaives (Orc)
This team made it to the finals in season 1 but lost to the firebirds, But in Season 3 went all the way won and are the defending champions, Led by Skud an orc that not only can run but likes to throw, has he got some elf blood in him i wonder? same say he maybe the love child of star elf player and fashion model Hansel.
Player to watch:#9 Gorfang Da Brain. In his 57 games he has killed 4 players and Injured 21 others. He is an imposing black orc and can not be moved off the line, a real team player helping team mate get the blocks done, sets a solid wall and is a hard hitter
Gorbag1 - Gorland Skulls (Orc)
Though this team has not made any finals it always seems to be in there fighting hard for a spot, and on many an occasion been known to throw a spanner in the works of other teams, some say coach Gobag upset Nuffle at some point as it often seems just as the game is in his grasp nuffle steps in to upset the apple cart. The team is led by Grak, a star blitzer with the ability to bring down most elf players, he leads with his trademark inspirational tackles and seems to always be throwing himself around the field. and another though not an orc is the heart and soul of the team, goblin star Gimalob, always making jokes and keeps them all in good spirits.
Player to watch: Grubnash Goug'Hearts he is one of the largest black orcs on the field , many say he is as big as most ogres and trolls only smarter he will hold up 2 or 3 players from most team with his power and that will free up others to get the glory, a hard working blocker that will win most fights in the trenches
Hudd - White- Handz (Orc)
Pound for Pound this has to be the strongest Oce team to grace the hallowed Blood Bowl pitches of the Immortal league. You may think this team is all about Ugrsh, one of the most violent blitzes around, but this is a team that have all hit the weight rooms, even Zear the Goblin looks more like an orc. They have Black Orcs that like to be in the thick of it, lucky coach Hudd can keep them in line as these guys tend to be less disciplined as they chase the players more than the ball, well thats your usual orc team. A new trend seems to be happening with orc teams of late, they are starting to throw the ball more like elves but not Gluva and this team only 9 passes in 39 games he like to run the ball and score the touch down himself.
Goodpass - Falcon Firebirds (High Elf)
After leaving last season and not attempting to defend the title Goodpass and the Firebirds are back, they have shown resilience, versatility and above all courage and this season they will need it more than ever before. Its a bash heavy league once again but that has not stopped them before, they have seen great teams take their best shots at them and missed, can they do it again? only one way to find out. Stay tuned fokes this is going to be a hell of a season.
Its a double round guys with top 2 to the final (I clicked start season before resetting so hope its right. sorry)
