Here I collect the adventures of Monster Mob my Chaos Dwarf team. I started the team without Bull Centaurs but with a Minotaur. Frowned upon by many perhaps, but I wanted to start with a lot of coaching skill and 3 rerolls are the tool for that. The Minotaur starts with Mighty Blow so the team can deal a punch from the start. Six Chaos Dwarves and 4 Hobgoblins complete the team. The team is going to be build to do damage, major damage. Claws and dirty players as a trademark. No holding back in turn 16, unless there is a TD needed to win.

First Match Report! Group 1, week 1.
Monster Mob (CHD) Goodpass - -Wight Pride- (UND) Luster Match report by Luster: 3-0 to Wight Pride. 3 casualties against Monster Mob (3 MNG), 2 casualties against Wight Pride (nothing serious).
A powerful opening game for the Wight Pride against a rigid Dwarven side. The match began with a strong undead cage rumbling up through the middle of the pitch, and over the stunned defenders. An early blitz from a mummy injured the Monster's minotaur, who was saved by an early apothecary. The mummies continued to create space in the middle, allowing an easy run through by the ghouls. Wight Pride were able to stall for the rest of the half and the Monsters consoled themselves by targeting the free enemy ghouls with blitzes and fouls, with modest success. As the half wore on, the Pride managed to prevail in the merciless brawl erupting in the middle of the pitch, sending nearly half of the Monsters into the knockout box. The highlight was a terrific kick in the groin by a mummy against a skulking hobgoblin, and the half ended with the Pride scoring safely.
With the Monsters somewhat recovered from their injuries, the final half opened with a concentrated push on the left flank, exploiting a vulnerability in the Pride's aggressive deployment. However, the minotaur proved unreliable and the advance stalled. The Pride seized the initiative with the devious crowd-push of a Dwarven blocker, and surrounded the Dwarven cage. The Monsters lack of numbers were starting to show, and Wight Pride were able to spill the ball free, into the hands of a ghoul. Solid ghoulish teamwork, and a final sprint to the TD line delivered a game-winning lead to the Pride.
In the final drive, the Monsters opened with a series of brutal assaults on the Pride's stalwart zombies, and again resorted to targeting the enemy ghouls. However, the Pride were able to rely on their keen advantage in numbers to easily absorb the attacks, and repel the Monster's advance. A final race for the lost ball ended with another slick recovery by the ghouls, who scored once more on the final turn to seal the victory!
Final analysis: Wight Pride proved that the Undead whole really are greater than the sum of their skeletal parts, as Mummy-Might combined with ghoulish speed to deliver a clockwork performance. Conversely, the Monster's bull-free line up seemed to leave the team with a lack of adaptable defence, and their assault proved to be overly slow and predictable. A change in the roster will be needed soon, before they fall too far behind...
Post match report by myself: That roaring Minotaur had pain, growing pain. He grew to Strength 6. Now he is not a Big Guy, but a Big Monster.

Monster Mob (CHD) Goodpass vs. The Underdark Wraiths (DAE) Coach Jester 0-2 Group1, week 3 Pre match: The Mob is coming off a week 2 draw in which they scored their first TD of the season. So far it appears they are feeling their lack of bulls, but once the bulls arrive, look out! On the other side, the Wraiths are also coming off a draw, but they're looking pretty good with 3 blodgers and a wrestler. They'll still be employing a loner, which mean Coach Goodpass will be getting a little inducement money to spend.
Prediction: 2-1 Wraiths. Those blodgers should have the speed to stay away from the tacklers, and in the end AG4 will make the difference.
The first win, the Mino totally dominated the pitch, taking out Dark Elves one by one. His moment of glory was the interception and making a TD. Only when he roared those Elves had a pause in the onslaught. The Dwarves kept the formation and advanced, when a gap appeared they rushed through it and reformed. The numbers made I could block all opposition with great effect.
Post match report. Earned exactly the gold needed to enlist a Bull Centaur. Skills learned are Block for the Minotaur and sure hands for a Hobgoblin. Now saving for another Bull.

Deadly Dragons (DAE) Mr. Coffee vs Monster Mob (CHD) Goodpass 2-2 Group 1, week 4 Pre match by parrigan: The Dragosn are looking good. They lost a man last week, but still have two very nice blitzers to carry the load for them. The Mob is ready for them after practicing their dark elf defense last week in a convincing win. M'arka the minotaur is truly looking like a Monster.
Prediction: 2-1 chorfs. The Mob found their groove last week against dark elves, and will hold on to it this week.
The Mino Márka Silverlegs is a Big Monster but the Dwarves do not even have their first skill, makes protecting the ball carrier hard. Good positioning made I could draw tough. A nice pass by the ball carrier to another hobgoblin made I earned the name Goodpass.
Post match: Gret Sickfinder a Hobgoblin now has MV7.

The Foot Clan (GOB) vs Monster Mob (CHD) Goodpass 0-2 Group 1,week 5 Perfidy! This one has already been played! I'll make a bold prediction anyway... Prediction: 2-0 Mob. I just have a feeling about it. ( He predicted this with a spooky accuracy, hahaha )
The Foot Clan is led by Wingsteel one of the bravest coaches, his goblins are sneaky bastards tough. He threw everything at me, Chainsaws, Bombs and even a Lightning Bolt. At the cost of Blood he stopped the Chaos Dwarfes drive. With numbers starting to count the Hobgoblins finally worked that ball into the endzone twice, a draw would have been a more fair result. Not because those goblins are so sportsmanlike or there coach briljant, no plain bravery, stuff heroes are made off should have been rewarded.
Post match: Warggrund Burntmouth mutates his hands to claws, While Gret Sickfinder learns to wrestle.
Post season , pre play off : 8 points now the thrill of the results of the other matches, 3th place seems enough as group 5 and 6 are unlikely to beat that.

3 Laserte (Lizards, Gautedasuta) 14 Monster Mob (Chaos Dwarfs, Goodpass)
Gautedasuta, after another excellent season gets to be the number 3 seed, and is rewarded by getting an easy second round opponent... Oh no, wait... It is thrice Champion, Goodpass who sneaked in as a wild card! Oh, he also has a ST6/Block Minotaur! Very nasty indeed. Gautedasuta is missing a Saurus, and it could just prove the difference...
Prediction: 1-0 Goodpass
So a short Cup adventure as killing and injuring is not enough to win matches.
Post match: Another Bull enters the team Thicktoe. A Hobgoblin had a bright idea and wanted some more armour, go for that so Backstabber is now a sturdy Hob ( +1AV ).

The open Phoenix, a vision for the future, the opponents start running. This gave a morale boost and another Hobgoblin with improved armour. The Minotaur has now guard and one of the Chaos Dwarf Blockers became stronger. Do I push my luck and do I go for a third match?

Auld, an adventure with unknown opponents. The team advanced to the next level and stood it's ground against veteran teams with 100 or more matches. With many Dwarfs having claws the team made some of them run away before games end. Or was it the Hobgoblin dancing on their fallen comrades. Lets see if the Phoenix open has opponents that dare to face the Monster Mob.

First match in Phoenix open after returning against very brave humans. about an hour ago shaunuthun said: Chapter Fourteen: Monster Mob This was truly a scary match Norbert thought to himself. They were not only going into the match billed as the underdogs (Underdogs that were to be put down no less) But the man coaching this team was the first coach they had ever faced in IP. Looking over their opponents it was hard for the humans not to show fear. Most of the Dwarfs had razor sharp nails sticking out of their gloves, The Bull Centaurs stood almost the same height as Barnacle but by far the thing that had them the most worried: A Minotaur easily 3Foot taller than their own Ogre and clearly stronger. To make matters worse its right hand had Claws as well if that thing got a hold of them they'd be gonners. Still despite the fear Norbert stood his ground defiantly. he had evened the odds at least hiring some babes to encourage his lads and he knew somewhere in the crowd his old buddy Dumlydorf was waiting to rain fire upon these mutant dwarfs. Plus he had slipped a potion into Marty's Drink earlier ensuring the lad would be far more agile than he was the last couple games. Having one the coin toss Norbert chose to receive the ball and as the whistle went the match began. Drive 1: The ball was kicked towards the humans and they jumped into action quickly. The Dwarfs perhaps surprised by the rather skilled guarding techniques of Vito the Hammerhead and David Seahorse where pushed to the ground quickly Flounder and Bass then managed to stun one of the centaurs allowing several of the Fish crew to run up field. Meanwhile Marty ran and picked up the ball with ease. The Monster Mobs retaliation was swift and violent but despite the sharp talons of the dwarfs cutting and scratching the humans remained on the pitch. Soon the Fish had found a gap to exploit and Nathan dodged into the end zone Marty then ran up field and made a pass the Flounder who then slid under a Dwarfs attempt at a tackle and handed Nathan the ball scoring the first touchdown of the game in a very short amount of time. The crowd also seemed to be interested now perhaps more so to see if the Mob would start getting nastier and therefore making the game bloodier. Drive 2: Setting up the defence Norbert looked into the stands to see if he could spot Dumlydorf and managed to catch sight of the lil guy running through the crowds and towards a vantage point. Krill kicked the ball to the mob and one of the centaurs managed to get a hold of it the rest of his team crowded round him they knocked over the human linemen but just as things where looking good a huge fireball came flying down on five of the mob (and a couple of unconscious humans)a couple fell over but one Dwarf in particulars beard quickly burst into flames and he ran off pitch to try and put it out. in the ensuing chaos the Humans and Dwarfs started fighting tooth nail and claw to stop each other. Eventually however just as the centaur with the ball broke away from the fighting so too did Bass, Flounder and McFlyingfish together the three of them knocked the beast over and the ball went flying towards the crowd. everyone in the crowd scrambled to catch it but one hand reached out and pulled it away. Norbert looked up from the ground he had been stomped into to see it was none other than Dumlydorf. The lil Wizard flung the ball as far as he could and it landed right at the feet of Barnacle and Sal. Within seconds Sal had grabbed the ball and ran towards the endzone not even looking back at the carnage the enraged Mob were causing. Drive 3: The Mob tried to score quickly and a surprise pass by a hobgoblin nearly saved them. Unfortunately a greedy Dwarf grabbed the ball instead of the Bull centaur it was meant for and not realising there was not enough time left to score got punched in the face by Norbert a crunch could be heard as the Clawed Dwarfs nose was broken and he was stretchered of the pitch Drive 4: The halftime break came and went quickly and a desperate defence by the Fishermen ensued trying to slow down the Monster Mob with all their heart. Eventually however the Claws of the Mob finally started causing some serious damage and one by one the Fish where removed from the pitch. Sal was stomped on by a Hobgoblin, Vito was caught by the Minotaur and revived a nasty gash across his forehead, Both Emile and Peter were caught trying to sneak into the backfield by dwarfs and were promptly pummelled into unconsciousness. The entire team was lying on the ground bloodied and bruised but still in the lead. With limited time Flounder tried everything he could to stall for more time and possibly even score. He continuously attempted dodges but the Centaur he was up against wouldn't allow it and as the time was running out it got hold of him. Flounder looked at the beast that had grabbed his arm and tried to dodge away but couldn't the thing pulled the blitzer towards him and lifted him off the air into a bear hug. Squeezing down on his spine the centaur looked towards the other humans. All of them where lying across the pitch most of them Koed. Flounder struggled and when the Bull let go of him breathed in air greedily but as he looked up he saw the raised fist of the Monster and flinched. Some of the humans looked up just in time to see Flounders face explode from the high impact punch and his body go limp. The Mob in a final act of carnage surrounded Barnacle and Stomped on him repeatedly until the final whistle sounded with the match ending 2-0 to the Fish and Co. NOTES: Wow that match was intense from start to finish and indeed a rather costly win for me. Liam Flounder died last chapter was such a fitting send off for him as well too Still Norbert finally got a lvl up and you know what. He rolled +AG how great for the captain Meanwhile the other members also got a few extra skills nothing out there though. Defiantly my best match with this team so far and against such a good team and Coach in Goodpass I am very happy with the result. See you all next time Used to routing enemies those Fishmongers have my utmost respect. Sound tactics and a good strategy brought a win for the best team. Being the alpha dog does not bring the victory on a platter. shaunuthun I am not afraid of a rematch but it would be wise for the health of your team to face some less bashy teams too, perhaps another season ?
