My first opponent, I ever played, gave up before setup. Just played another opponent (sorry didn't get your name), who gave up in turn 15. I know everyone can now join Iron Phoenix Open without a password, I just wonder, if it's possible to put some guidelines in somewhere, when a new player join. It just seem silly we get those free MVPs, if you follow me. Of course the last match here was a choice between giving me a TD or a MVP (thinking about it, I would probably have preferred the TD as I would have got the 3 SPP on a blitzer that would have leveled up ).

It wouldn't let me put any kind of option in there to bar entry. I wish it did. Hopefully, they will in the full release.

That first win of you can be a program glitch. I totally understand those that give up, been there myself. Real Life can intervene brutally in our virtual world of Bloodbowl. Playing a lost match is for some tough, as winning a won match can be hard against those that never surrender. Not all of us are diehards, most of us are blessed with a fair share of cowardice. Perhaps your Dwarf team can play on after some serious damage, most of us play more brittle teams. Conceding is not a rout but a tactical withdrawal. That MVP is only 5 spp on a random player while that Deathroller tends to target the most valuable targets. Conceding can be the most economic and the lesser of two evils. If there are guidelines I hope it says, no Dwarf teams allowed.

Heh...I do understand that. And of course conceding happens (I personal prefer not to do it. Not a quiter ). The thing was to concede in Turn 15. I only had one turn left and i would have just walked the ball in (not taking chances for double skulls). I also want to add, that i have recieved more deaths and injuries, than given. Yeah, im sure it tells more about me as a coach than the dwarves, but still .

A turn 15 concede is a bit late for a tactical retreat indeed, sounds like frustration got the upper hand with his temper. It's not sportsmanlike to prevent the other coach from scoring that way. Hope it eased his mind.

A miracle I am number 1 as I still struggle with the Player Interface. Activating a player or knowing how to spot skills, probably a slow learner. I am not the only one, as I have seen strong langue about it during my matches when something went totally wrong for my opponent.
