UBC 2 "No Way Out" - Challenge Round
Deadline: July 29th, 0400 GMT.
Short Version; Decide which opponent each of your teams are challenging by checking out the Ranking. If your team is ranked 1-10, you can challenge any opponent that are up to two ranks above you. If your team is ranked 11-20, you can challenge any opponent up to three ranks above you. When you have decided, which of the opponents each of your team will challenge, send a private message to ApollosWill, with the information, for example (only an example. I have already send my challenge to another admin, to avoid getting the advantage of knowing who everyone else is challenging);
Hi Cranky ApollosWill,
This is my challengers for UBC 2
Dozen Dirty Dwarves challenge Furious Rage and Bowlers by Night challenge Freedom Rock.
Have a great Day
You just have to do this before July 29th, 0400 GMT, and all you have to do after that, is waiting for the announcement of the matches, and see if you were lucky to be put on the UBC 2 Card.
Long Version; Now, to decide who you want to challenge to increase your chance in both winning and getting the match is a little bit more involved. Check out the long version in the rule book by clicking here.
Like with Blood Bowl itself, the game can be easy to learn, but a bit harder to master, but that learning curve is up to you to conquer. Just know, that the lower ranked a team is, and the lower the Team Value, the better odds for getting the match they want.
Also, there is no advantage by not challenging a team. Even if you are certain you won't get the match, if you try to challenge twice in a row, and not getting the match, you will on the third event have a lot bigger chance for picking and choosing an opponent.
Be free to use this thread for any questions. I recommend talking with Kaiser for suggestions and recommendation on who you should challenge, as he already have got quite the handle on the strategic part, of this step.
Last; HAVE FUN, and DON'T STRESS. This is different, but it will take no time, before we all got this down.
Note; You are allowed to change your challengers (except for me, as it could be cheating) up to deadline. Your last PM to me before deadline, will be the one I use.
Status: 13 out of 15 teams (the champ can't challenge) have challenged At this time.
Deadline: July 29th, 0400 GMT.
