this first one is for Tin, Bronze, Iron and Immortal leagues
the 12th player on the field bug players get to play that player and not have to move him to the side the reason is pure fluff he has snuck on and the ref didn't call it maybe a bribe we don't know about happened or he felt sorry for the team or the has money on the game or the ref just can't count so if you are lucky to start with 12 you can play them all
This is for Tin League only
Halflings, ALL snotling team and goblins to get to stay in tin after 1 or more seasons as long as their TV is not over 1000
last rule to add is if you play an all snot team you can use a wizard more than once per game (com'mon guys its snots after all) but an all snot team cant have ANY big guys not even start player ones so no big guys but can have wiz used more than once per game if you opt to have a big guy only 1 wiz per game

Just seen this, and have counter suggestions.
It is too easy to reproduce 12th player bug. I haven't seen anyone in our leagues misuse it, but it is possible, so I think it is better to place 12th player to the side and play with 11 players.
2nd rule change - can those teams pick if they'll stay in Tin or move to Bronze? Don't know about snotlings and goblins, but haflings can easily be moved to bronze after one season no matter their TV. In fact the less TV they have, the better.
